Terms and Conditions

To participate in the opportunity indicated above, Participant must enter into Capital Factory’s Terms and Conditions. The Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms between Capital Factory Properties, LLC, (Capital Factory) and the individual or entity listed below as the Participant. This Agreement includes and incorporates the above benefits (Benefits) and the Terms and Conditions, which are available https://www.capitalfactory.com/terms-conditions/ (password is “CapitalFactory”). This Agreement is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between Capital Factory Properties, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Capital Factory”), and the Participant identified above (“Participant”). By entering into this Agreement, Participant confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions, understand them, and as of the Agreement Effective Date, agree to be bound by them. In the instance that Capital Factory does not receive a signature from Participant on the Agreement but Participant fulfills its monetary obligations in any acceptable payment form, the receipt of sums shall validate the Agreement in the same manner as though signature from Participant was received.
